1. Acceptance

By accessing ownerledmarketing.com or engaging OwnerLed Marketing for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

OwnerLed Marketing provides Google Ads management services to party rental and inflatable rental businesses. Specific scope is defined in your separate engagement agreement.

3. Engagement & cancellation

Engagements include a 90-day initial term, after which they convert to month-to-month and may be cancelled with reasonable notice as defined in your engagement agreement.

4. Fees & ad spend

Management fees are paid to OwnerLed Marketing. Ad spend is paid directly by you to Google. We do not mark up or take a percentage of ad spend.

5. No guarantees

Google Ads performance depends on many factors outside our control (market conditions, ad approvals, your offer and operations). We commit to best-effort optimization, not guaranteed outcomes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OwnerLed Marketing's liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 30 days.
